Appearance:
A young man in his early thirties, Trent stands just under six feet with short black hair and dark brown eyes. His lean frame is usually covered by tailored dress clothes that consist of white slacks and neutral button up shirts. Around the clinic, he wears a lab coat that comes down just below his knees and usually has a stethoscope around his neck. When he’s out and about, he favors vests and more colorful shirts.
Personality:
Trent is a mild, serious man with a dry sense of humor and an optimistic outlook on life. He’s extremely dedicated to his job, and is extremely compassionate.
Backstory:
Son of a doctor and a nurse, Trent was often alone growing up due to the long hours they worked. At the time, he was resentful and often acted out, something that only subsided once he started college and began to understand just how demanding a doctor’s life really was. Initially, he began to study medicine as a continuation of a long lineage of doctors, but he quickly found that he had a passion for helping people.
Trent moved from the city to Mineral Town shortly after receiving his doctorate in medicine. While he continues to do long-distance study, he’s serving as the single physician in town, only taking periodic breaks to travel and learn from more experienced doctors such as Forget-Me-Not Valley’s Dr. Hardy.

While he has received his doctorate and is certified to practice medicine, Trent continues his studies on every subject he can get his hands on. He strongly believes that there is no end to learning, and tries to keep up to date on both experimental modern medicine and homeopathic remedies. Due to how remote and small Mineral Town is, he’s taken to mixing a number of curatives himself, often out of local herbs and occasionally supplemented with supplies from the city. He also makes a couple trips a month to Forget-Me-Not Valley (when weather permits) to pick up supplies and learn what he can from Dr. Hardy.
